Terms of Service
Last updated August 13, 2026
The short version: Nailora shows you what a manicure could look like before you book it. It is a design tool, not a promise about what happens in the salon chair.
Accepting these terms
By downloading or using Nailora you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the app.
You need to be at least 13 to use Nailora, and old enough to enter a contract where you live before you can subscribe.
Your account
Your first design does not need an account. Saving designs, using try-on and subscribing do.
Keep your login details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Free designs and Nailora Pro
The free tier includes your first design at full quality, with no watermark.
Nailora Pro includes 50 designs a month. Credits added to your wallet do not expire while your account is open, and a generation that fails is refunded to your wallet automatically.
Billing, renewal and refunds
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the period you already paid for runs to its end.
You can cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings at any time. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under its own policy, so refund requests go to Apple rather than to us.
Your content and your designs
Your prompts and hand photos stay yours. You give us only the permission we need to generate, store and show your designs back to you.
Designs you generate are yours to use, including printing one and taking it to a salon. You must have the right to upload any photo you give us.
Acceptable use
Do not upload photos of other people without their permission, do not upload anything illegal or sexual, and do not try to break, scrape or resell the service.
We can suspend an account that does any of these.
What Nailora does not promise
A try-on render is a preview, not a photograph of the future. What you get in the salon depends on your nail tech, the products used and your own nails, and we do not guarantee a match.
Nailora is provided as it is. We work to keep it available, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted or that every generation will be to your taste.
Liability, changes and governing law
So far as the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the issue arose. Nothing here limits rights you cannot waive under your local consumer law.
We may update these terms, and material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect. These terms are governed by the law of TODO: set governingLaw in src/lib/legal.ts.
